Rocksteady Immersions

Based on years of experience working with thousands of individuals, and aligned with the most recent discoveries in neuroscience, Rocksteady Immersions disrupt deeply embedded neuro-myo networks (thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and movements). Our Immersions focus on dissolving the patterns that are associated with stress, strain, fear, and complacency that drain life energy and deplete quality of life. They utilize diverse forms of yoga, myofascial release, meditation and visualization techniques, guided self-discovery conversations, cognitive-enhancing exercises and brain-boosting neuro-energetics to create access to new levels of wellbeing.

Rocksteady Bodywork Apprenticeships

Full Bodywork Apprenticeship

The Rocksteady Full Apprenticeship is a full Massage Therapist 600-hour accreditation.  Rocksteady only accepts 1 to 2 candidates per year and guides them via a State of Utah approved curriculum where they ultimately become a licensed massage therapist. This program is most suitable for self-learners who appreciate mentorship, alternative learning environments, and are interested in joining the Rocksteady team.

Master Bodywork Apprenticeship

The Rocksteady Master Apprenticeship is a 30-hour intensive training with the Rocksteady Bodywork team.  This Master Apprenticeship is for graduates of Myotherapy, Healing Hands, or other accredited Massage Therapy schools. The Rocksteady Master Apprenticeship quickly helps new therapists gain the skill, confidence, and experience to succeed as a wellness practitioner.

Rocksteady Yoga Teacher Trainings

200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

This Rocksteady 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is divided into two modules. Module 1 participants will be immersed in a deep personal practice of yoga, meditation, and discovery sessions that introduce an integrated balance of age-old wellness practices with the most innovative neuro, energetic, and psychological science of the emerging fields of wellbeing and positive psychology. Module 2 participants will learn to manage their mindset and energy to a positive baseline, create a chosen vision and direction for their present and future, and become a community builder — a person dedicated to fostering real connection with real people to make the world a better place.

Rocksteady 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a 6-month intensive. It provides tools, structures, and a community to teachers who are ready to broaden their scope of work and professional pursuits in the wellness world.
