All our movement classes use and move your whole body. We offer a variety of yoga, mat and Burn Reformer Pilates classes each day of the week.
An integrated movement practice includes bodywork. We specialize in attentive, personalized care through massage therapy and private movement sessions.
Bodywork, like all other forms of movement, works best when it’s consistent. Because we are passionate about progress and sustaining your wellbeing, we bundle all bodywork in personalized 5-session packages. Expect life-altering results with regular sessions at least every six weeks.
Our master classes, teacher trainings, and apprenticeships foster quantum leaps in your brain and body potential and deep understanding and confidence in your practice.
