In yoga, we often refer to taking our practice off the mat and into our lives, but how often do we have real ideas on how to do this? Ayurveda is as old as yoga and is considered the ‘Sister Science’. The word Ayurveda is translated as 'The knowledge or science of life'. This ancient practice provides you with concrete tools to bring balance and harmony to your daily life. In this workshop, we’ll take a Dosha (your unique constitution) test and learn some comprehensive actions that will help you bring balance to some imbalances. Ayurveda includes a daily routine, foods that compliment your Dosha, how to nourish yourself with your yoga practice, and many other ideas. This is a beautiful and self- honoring tradition in practicing yoga on and off the mat.
